My wife, Carol, and I refer to Signature as the “Contractor for Heaven”. Daniel is clearly knowledgeable and experienced with all facets of construction projects. Perhaps most important to us, we learned quickly Daniel is a man of his word. He, and his workers, showed-up when scheduled and performed excellent quality work. If an unexpected challenge developed (you never know what might be hidden by old walls) it was dealt with in a clam intelligent manner. Daniel kept us informed at all times. The whole experience was quite positive.

A year after completion of the project a small problem was discovered (a manufacture material defect – no fault of Signature) and Daniel took care of the entire situation at no cost to us. When I think of business characteristics like quality craftsmanship, honesty, customer service, clear and timely communication, and dependability I think of Signature. Carol and I feel blessed to have hired Signature and will do so without hesitation the next time we have a condo renovation project.

Signature Cabinets and Remodeling has done two remodel jobs at our condo in St. Pete Beach Florida. The price was fair, and bath jobs were done perfectly and on time! I have recommended this company several times and will continue to do so! Thanks Signature

It was a very good collaboration. Sue, Daniel, and their team (including Granite Plus) were very helpful, patient, and open to our ideas. We had a lot of ideas, actually, as this was our third kitchen remodel, and we both like to cook and to do research. The Signature team also had excellent ideas and much knowledge of cabinet and other options. Working with them helped us to transition from ideas to reality. Complications occurred along the way (how could that Tampa vendor sell one of our two carefully chosen granite slabs!?) but in the end we are very happy with our kitchen remodel. We wanted to keep the same footprint and most of the appliances, but “needed” more storage space, cherry cabinets, a gas stove, lighting above and below cabinets, and granite. In many ways, our kitchen looks the same…but it is much more beautiful and functional. Twelve inch deep cabinets around the outer perimeter of the high bar offer extensive storage space and beauty. The wine bar with climate-controlled storage is much more useful to us and more interesting than the old desk space was. New cabinetry details also add interest and beauty to our storage wall of cabinets.

Hi. l just wanted to say a big ‘THANK YOU” to you and your staff. With all the trouble I had prior to finding you and your staff i didn’t think I would ever get my kitchen done. It’s done now and it’s beautiful. l LOVE IT! And everyone who sees it loves it,they say it looks like it belongs in a magazine. It was a great pleasure to deal with you and all your wonderful staff Jacqualine, Lenny and Gene and even Daisy they were all friendly and willing to help in anyway they could. Lenny and Gene did a great job installing as well as clean up,and they both had a great personality easy to deal with. I will be recommending you all to everyone i know.

We are so very pleased with the final project and the work you and your staff did to make our new condo a home. The professionalism, work ethic and skill of not only the two of you, but your entire staff of employees is something you should be very proud of. You were so patient with anything we wanted to do or change and the workmanship by everyone was stellar.
